Today, these ten values not only define the company’s origins, they continue to drive the company’s daily operations.
Safety –
As a general contractor and construction manager, we recognize that the success of our projects are due to the talents of our employees and our subcontractors’ employees. Each of those workers has a family to whom they go home to every night. We have an obligation to them and their families, as well as our clients, to provide a continuous safe environment in which to perform our work.
Integrity –
We plan to offer construction services to our clients for generations to come. In order to sustain this activity, one characteristic must be embodied by our culture – integrity. Our sincere and honest approach when dealing with our clients reflects the personal approach of our Principals – as well as all of our employees.
Professionalism – 
We deliver a level of professionalism that is expected by our clients. Guided by Principals who all possess construction and/or engineering college degrees, we practice a professional service approach that is required to successfully solve complex and demanding challenges in today’s construction environment.
Responsiveness –
Communication is a critical component of all successful construction projects. A need to resolve ambiguities, reinforce guidelines, take corrective actions, or communicate basic questions and answers is continuously required by all participants in a construction project. It is our commitment to respond to owners, designers, and subcontractors in a timely fashion from the first meeting to the project’s closeout - and beyond.
Quality –
We pride ourselves on the quality of the services that we provide as well as the quality of the finished product that we create. Quality is what our clients demand and quality is what we deliver.
Client-focused –
Although all members of our project teams are treated equally, the client and end-user remains our focus. We have an obligation to them and an expectation level to provide high quality, yet low-maintenance, services to all our clients.

In order to be competitive in the construction industry, it is critical that we remain innovative. We use forward-looking technology, state-of-the-art advances in field construction, technically-competent specialty subcontractors and consultants, and leading-edge yet proven products to provide our clients with innovative and cost-effective solutions.

Although we are proud of our past successes, we are humble and realize that we do not know everything. We approach all project challenges as a team with our clients, design partners, and specialty contractors and we listen to their input and suggestions. You will never hear “that’s the way we’ve always done it” from our employees.

Construction projects often have challenges that are unavoidable. Our approach is to confront these issues head on. We acknowledge the issue, take the initiative to provide a solution, and – following agreement – take action. We strongly believe that taking this initiative is the right thing to do for the project – and our clients.
