Renovation of a traditional bank branch into a sleek, modern, and innovative facility that provides an environment in which customers can decide how they want to bank. The two-story renovation in Center City Philadelphia created an expanded lobby, three private offices, meeting space, an ATM room, two “Smart Offices”, and staff/support areas. In addition, the project created a Transaction Room that features Personal Teller Machines. These kiosks allow customers to complete transactions when and how is convenient. The real-time video technology in this system allows customers to interact with an actual teller or complete transaction entirely electronically. The fast-tracked project featured selective demolition as well as construction of interior partitions, doors and frames, ceilings, and finishes that included a brick veneer throughout. The mechanical and electrical systems were also upgraded as part of this project.
