The Granary is a 229-unit apartment building constructed in Center City Philadelphia.  The nine-story complex features a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units that range from 670 square feet to over 1,500 square feet.  In addition to the apartments, the building features parking on the first level, a dramatic lobby with a sweeping spiral staircase, a fitness center, library, and a club room for residents as well as over 21,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor.  Individual apartment features include hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a washer/dryer.
