In order to enhance the performance of the hospital’s HVAC system, a number of components of the mechanical system needed to be upgraded.  The work included the installation of a new rooftop air handling unit including steel dunnage, new air distribution ductwork, relocation of chilled water piping, and the rerouting of sprinkler piping and plumbing.  In addition, various enabling and support work encompassing re-roofing, landscape restoration, and ceiling replacement was performed.
