The renovation of the Elliott House involved a complete interior upgrade of a residential facility which serves as the residence for the university’s Dean of Architecture and is located on the university’s East Falls campus.  The project scope included interior demolition, installation of new ceiling, wall, and floor finishes throughout, and a complete renovation of the kitchen and dining area.  In addition, the mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems for this five-bedroom, 4-1/2-bath residence were upgraded under a design/build delivery system.
