Complete renovation of public restrooms within the university’s College Building.  Work included the expansion of the Ground Floor restrooms into existing office space so that the new enlarged space adheres to ADA Standards for Accessible Design.  Upgrades included new plumbing fixtures, architectural finishes, and lighting as well as upgrades to the mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems.  The new area created handicap-accessible toilet rooms as well as a new Janitor’s Closet and a new Hydration Station.
