The stabilization project involved the demolition and total replacement of the roof, wood-trussed roof structure, and supporting plates of this building that is listed on the City of Philadelphia Historic Register.  In addition, the project consisted of the localized reinforcement and replacement of a portion of the first floor framing and decking, the demolition of interior participation, and miscellaneous masonry upgrades.  Also included is the installation of lighting both within the Carriage House as well as the adjacent Farm House.
