Residential spaces within the two towers comprising the Sansom Place graduate student complex were renovated into living spaces for faculty members and their families.  Two existing residences on the first floor of the West Tower were combined and renovated into a two-bedroom apartment.  Simultaneously, a large residential space on the 21^st Floor of the East Tower was also renovated into a two-bedroom unit.  Work included demolition, new partitions, creating kitchen and dining spaces, renovation and/or relocation of bathrooms, and completely updating floor, wall, and ceiling finishes.
