Canuso Jorden Project Named Best in Apartment Living by the Pennsylvania Apartment Association

The Granary, a 229-unit apartment constructed by Canuso Jorden in Center City Philadelphia, has been presented with the Best in  Apartment Living Award. This designation was awarded by the Pennsylvania Apartment Association East, an organization representing multifamily developers, owners, and managers in Philadelphia, Delaware, Chester, Montgomery, and Bucks Counties in Pennsylvania. The nine-story complex features a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units that range from 670sf to over 1,500sf. Individual apartment features include hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a washer/dryer.
