University of Pennsylvania Project Wins Illuminating Engineering Society Award of Merit

Cecil Baker+PartnersThe recently-completed Heyer Lobby renovation project at the University of Pennsylvania’s Ryan Veterinary Hospital has garnered another award from an industry organization. The Illuminating Engineering Society (IES) has notified the project’s lighting designers – BEAM ltd. – that the project has been awarded a 2016 National Illumination Award of Merit for its creative and innovative lighting design. Awarded as the result of an on-line judging process, this accolade enables the project to be eligible for one of the prestigious 2016 IES Illumination Awards that will be awarded at the IES Annual Conference in Orlando in October.
