Ed Jorden Interviewed by Philadelphia Business Journal

Ed Jorden, Executive Vice President of Canuso Jorden was quoted in the Philadelphia Business Journal in an article entitled “The Making of a Building Boom“.  Interviewed by Natalie Kostelni, the Business Journal’s Real Estate Editor, Ed shared his thoughts on the multiple recently-announced construction projects in the Philadelphia area, the labor capacity in the construction trades, and the possibility of rising construction costs.  His observations included “I think there is still 15 percent unemployment and ample capacity to do the work” and “You will see materials and labor go up a reasonable amount, but you will see some spikes…”.
