Philadelphia Mayor Nutter Visits Granary Construction Site

To celebrate the enactment of the city’s new zoning code, Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter and Deputy Mayor for Economic Development Alan Greenberger held a press conference at Canuso Jorden’s construction site of the Granary apartment building at 20th and Callowhill Streets.  The event was covered by multiple media outlets and was a highlighted in an article by Inga Saffron, the Philadelphia Inquirer Architecture Critic as well as profiled in an online PlanPhilly post which is administered by PennPraxis, the applied research arm of the School of Design at the University of Pennsylvania.
